To request a refund, log in to your account and select Refunds. Then enter your order number into the field below. Please note that only refunds for full orders which have not yet been dispatched can be requested online. We will notify you within 48 hours as to whether your refund request has been successful.

Damages / Incorrect Delivery

If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to inform Elite Tiles within 2 working days from delivery. We will endeavour to send replacements/issue a refund as quickly as possible.

Special Orders

Items that have been specially ordered for a customers’ specific needs cannot be returned for a refund.
